To request a refund, email us at support@scholargrab.shop with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email address used at purchase.
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days and confirm via email once complete. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests received after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Upon issuance of a refund, your license key will be deactivated and ScholarGrab will revert to trial mode. You may no longer use the licensed features after a refund has been processed.
Payments for ScholarGrab licenses are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund disbursement on our behalf.
