ScholarGrab uses the following third-party APIs to retrieve paper metadata and PDFs: Unpaywall, CORE, arXiv, PubMed Central, Europe PMC, Semantic Scholar, CrossRef, DOAJ, OA Button. Your email address (if provided in Settings) may be sent to the Unpaywall API as required by their terms of use. Please review Unpaywall's Privacy Policy for details.
License activation records are retained for the duration of the license period plus 90 days. Purchase records are retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for financial records).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. License validation is performed over HTTPS. We do not store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary.
